Design explored the late 19th century heritage of Chicago’s classic age of the skyscraper in response to the developer’s desire to look “back to the future”. Presented on 6’ tall boards, drawn with ink on mylar. Models photos by Hedrich Blessing. Designed while at A. Epstein & Sons, developer was the Prime Group.
