Alfano Residence
Located in quaint Lemont, IL. Program was to build a new residence adjacent to an existing home built in the 1950’s. The existing home would become the In-Laws, with a direct connection to the new structure. The design stems from an upside-down W plan, structural glazed flooring above the entry, open laminated beam from peak at top of entry all the way through the top of the fireplace in the family room. Designed for sloped topo, utilizing garage access behind the home.
