We are Chicago based LSK Consultants, Inc., Architects focused in providing exceptional Architectural and Design Build services. Our approach is to form a unified bond between ourselves and our clients, encompassing a total protection concept to the Client. We can conceive a project and administer it from land acquisition to building occupancy.
LSK was founded over a decade ago by Carmelo La Spina and Susan Glick-Shore and was created with the intention of hands on continuous involvement with Developers and Builders. Establishing a sound foundation is key to building lasting relationship with our clients. Years back, when 90% of the Office Warehouses followed the typical trend of “simple office area up front with a few punched windows and a big box in the back”, one of our partners found a way to create pleasing facades and better working conditions for the people who occupied the spaces.
Since then LSK has continued the tradition of creative solutions for Medical, Commercial, Restaurants and other types of architecture. Specializing in a particular segment in Architecture can sometimes create scenarios of overlooking simple solutions, we excel in giving rise to new concepts and ideas. We harbour efficient CAD database enabling client interaction, high-tech designs with cost conscious solutions and an organic vision with an appreciation of order.
